Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs)
PBMCs are any peripheral blood cells that have a round shaped nucleus. In humans, PBMC population mainly consists of lymphocytes and monocytes with a small number of dendritic cells.
Extraction of hPBMCs
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are extracted from donated blood using a ficoll gradient.
LaCell is able to provide freshly processed pBMCs upon request. Please contact us for more information.
